Welcome to Heal Well Therapy: Helping you make life feel a bit lighter

Individual & couples counselling to help you navigate big feelings and build stronger connections - with yourself and others.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy…

Maybe you’ve noticed patterns in your relationships that keep repeating themselves. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or the people around you. You might know something isn’t working and you might be unsure why.

Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and better understand how your past and present connect. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, emotional clarity, and stronger connections, with yourself and with others, so you can move forward feeling more grounded and secure.

If you’re looking for a supportive, thoughtful space to explore what’s coming up for you, you’re in the right place.

About Us

Olivia Riad, MACP, founded Heal Well Therapy after recognizing a gap in traditional therapy approaches, which often overlook the unique needs of Millennials and Gen Z. While older models tend to focus on structure, diagnosis, and symptom reduction, younger generations are often seeking a more collaborative, flexible, and insight-driven approach that prioritizes identity, emotional attunement, and lived experience.

Over the years, Olivia has supported hundreds of individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity-related concerns. Her passion for personalized, meaningful care led her to create a practice grounded in empathy, understanding, and genuine support.

Today, Heal Well Therapy offers services for individuals and couples, with a focus on Millennials and Gen Z. Our team is attuned to the unique pressures these generations face and provides a supportive space for self-discovery, healing, and growth.
